So when I booked this room, I was not expecting the Sheraton to be semi close to getting to Universal Studios. I had done some research on the area which is not a great area, it's busy but was conveniently close to everything we wanted to do and go. It said it was a 26 minute drive to Universal but was actually only 10-15 minutes. We love Leo's Taco Truck on La Brea and it was less than 3 miles away and we didn't even have to get on the freeway. The staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I like the fact the staff was very friendly and we didn't get bothered for some low level noise as we were there for a festival , we kept minimal noise level no disruptions to the guests. Kuddoa for that

The actual property is okay, they do what they can. Unfortunately they can’t change the surrounding area which is loud and sketchy. Overall the room was what I wanted and expected.

It was close to downtown LA. The guy working when we were checking in was a super cool guy. great customer service.

if you have a car and need to visit LA downtown very often, this is a perfect place to stay. Parking is free.
